These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") apply to the ase44 platform and all services under it. When you visit the ase44 website, create an account, or use any of our services, you are automatically considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms.
These Terms are designed for providing services in the Bangladesh market and apply to users residing in Bangladesh. ase44 is committed to ensuring the highest level of security and transparency for its users as a safe and reliable platform.
ase44 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will take effect from the date of publication, and continued use of the platform will be considered as consent to the updated Terms.
Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Age Eligibility
To open an account on ase44 and use any of our services, you must be 21 years of age or older. It is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21 to create an account. ase44 may request relevant documents for age verification at any time.
2.2 Registration Terms
- Each user may create only one account.
- All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- You must create the account in your own name and on your own behalf — not in the name of a third party.
- Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
- ase44 may request identity documents or proof of address for account verification.
2.3 Geographic Restrictions
ase44 services are available in specific regions. Residents of areas where online gaming or betting is legally prohibited must refrain from using this platform. If any user attempts to bypass geographic restrictions using a VPN or any other means, their account may be suspended.
Account Security & Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your ase44 account. Always keep your login details (username, password, OTP) confidential and do not share them with anyone.

Deposit & Withdrawal Rules
4.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount on ase44 is ৳200 — the same limit applies for all payment methods. Currently accepted payment methods are:

- Nagad — postal department mobile financial service
- Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking
- Bank Transfer — major commercial banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and others
Once a deposit is confirmed, it will be credited to your ase44 account as quickly as possible. If there is any delay, please contact the support team.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. The standard processing time for withdrawals is 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal.
- Withdrawals may be restricted if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
- ase44 reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals in the case of suspicious transactions.
- Funds requested for withdrawal will be transferred only to that same account.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
A 150% bonus applies on your first deposit at ase44, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To receive the bonus, you must have an active account and make a minimum deposit of ৳200.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Winnings from bonuses must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the deposit amount.
5.3 General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses cannot be claimed more than once from the same user, device, or payment method.
- ase44 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account may be closed and the bonus forfeited.
- Each promotion may have its own validity period and specific conditions, which will be stated on that promotion's page.
Game Rules & Fair Play
ase44 is a platform operated on a fair play policy. All our games are run using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartiality.
- All betting and gaming decisions are made at the user's own risk.
- If there is a technical error or connection disruption affecting a game result, ase44 will investigate and provide a resolution.
- In any gaming dispute, ase44's server logs will be considered the final evidence.
- Intentionally disconnecting during a game may result in that round being voided.
- Bets must be placed within the limits set by ase44.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on ase44, and if they occur, the account will be immediately closed and the associated balance may be confiscated:

Limitation of Liability

- Loss caused by internet disconnection or a fault with the user's device.
- Unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, war, or government restrictions (Force Majeure).

Account Suspension & Closure
10.1 Account Closure by ase44
ase44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following situations:
- If any provision of these Terms is violated.
- If evidence of fraud, bonus abuse, or suspicious behavior is found.
- If the account was registered with false information.
- At the direction of a legal or regulatory authority.
10.2 Account Closure by the User
If you wish to voluntarily close your ase44 account, email the support team. Withdraw any available balance before closing the account. Any outstanding bonus wagering requirements will be cancelled.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, we firmly believe it can be resolved through friendly discussion.
